South Caicos Experience
One of the most beautiful and most secluded islands to visit is South Caicos.
South Caicos is one of the main inhabited islands in the Turks and Caico and is geographically the last island to the east in the Caicos Islands group.
The terrain largely consists of low hills and dry bushland vegetation, with central saline wetlands and salt flats.
Our extremely unique catamaran style boat, the Relentless (Freeman 42 LR) is what enables us to offer a South Caicos experience.
The Relentless can handle the shallow waters of most of TCI but provides the ability to easily (and comfortably) traverse the open ocean to more locations than standard charter vessels.
Your day
This is how your full day South Caicos experience will look -
It is 45 miles which is about a 60-90 minute boat ride from your resort (transfer to Blue Haven Marina if there is no dock at your resort) through the calm and shallow waters of the Banks of Turks; always having sight of the islands.
You will arrive at The Government Dock in Cockburn Harbour which is a port of entry for South Caicos. A private transfer will take you to several site seeing destinations, but final stop is Sailrock Resort.
This resort is a secluded 5-star luxury resort enclave and features beautiful villa accommodations and stunning views of the Atlantic where whales are seasonally present.
The other side of the resort is a sheltered Cove Beach on Bell Sound lagoon where you will spend a lazy afternoon having lunch, cocktails and limitless sand and sun. Once back on the Relentless you will be able to explore the wonderful bank waters of South Caicos snorkeling for conch and sand dollars.
When returning to Provo, you will be able to experience a beautiful sunset and calm waters providing an amazing end to a spectacular day.
